We recommend you to visit restaurant “Brasserie” which is conveniently located in a quite street of the city centre on the ground floor of international hotel Holiday Inn (the separate entrance to the restaurant is to the right of the central).

“Brasserie” offers guests new menu created by Vladimir Zoteev — the Chef of the hotel, the winner of the regional competition among chefs (October 2009, Samara). Our chef prefers not spending much time sitting in the office and writing papers but creating in the kitchen, pleasing guests and teaching cooks with his art. Almost all dishes in our menu card are author’s. We try to invent something new every day: add unexpected detail in a new dish or change its taste with an interesting component. We recommend you to try an exclusively cooked beef Fillet served with plum sauce, and a chocolate pie for a dessert which serves with the most gentle orange granite.

The “Brasserie” restaurant is located on the ground floor of the hotel. The restaurant has a separate entrance from the Alexey Tolstoi street. The modern design of the restaurant together with bright colours of the interior creates light and cosy atmosphere. The menu includes European cuisine, as well as a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Business lunch is served from 12.00 till 16.00.
